A team from Luther Jackson Middle School in Falls Church came in first place for “ARTchitecture: The Musical” at Odyssey of the Mind’s state tournament last month.
The team members, competing in Division 2 for grades 6 – 8, are Tatiana Acevedo, Maya Casey, Victoria Gianopoulos, Maddie Min, Max Torti, and Joe Walker. The coaches are Rebecca Wolff and Kim Gianopoulos.
The team will be competing against players from around the world in East Lansing, Michigan, from May 22 – 25. The team is fundraising for this trip. For more information, visit gofundme.com/LJMSOOTM.
