HESS Construction, which is currently building the expansion at Falls Church’s Thomas Jefferson Elementary School, gave an hour-long hardhat tour of the project to members of Falls Church Pack 657 Webelos Cub Scouts this week. Most of the boys are fourth graders at the school and were very excited to walk the hallways and classrooms of its future new expansion. Dave Gauthier, Superintendent II for HESS, gave the tour, leading the boys through the first floor of the project and explaining what is involved with building the expansion, showing them the plans, and answering their questions.

The tour will help the boys fulfill the requirements for a Webelo Engineering Pin.
