Windy Apple Plans for Thursday Opening

The Windy Apple plans to be open for business by Thursday, October 4. The new restaurant, which shares Bangkok Blues former space with Brits on Broad, features Chicago and New York style food. Owned and operated by Dino Marks and his sister Duchess Signaoff, the restaurant will feature push-cart style foods including hot dogs and sandwiches, will be open Mondays through Thursdays from 11 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 2 a.m. and will be closed on Sundays.
