For the first time ever there was a tie in the Best of Falls Church voting. This year, readers selected both Leslie Hutchison and Tori McKinney as their favorite F.C. real estate agents.

Leslie Hutchison says it’s her willingness to find an outcome in the best interest of her clients that makes her stand out as a real estate agent. In fact her favorite part of the job is looking at each client’s buying and selling circumstances to determine the best course of action and opening up new solutions to meet their needs.
“If I do what’s right for the client, it’s the right thing to do and I get clients for it,” Hutchison said.
The trips to Italy can’t hurt, either. This Fall Properties real estate agent has some of her clients not only packing to move homes, but packing for a week-long getaway to an Italian resort for buying and selling with her, and sending clients her way.

Tori McKinney might have given up concert promoting to return to the real estate business, but there’s still a bit of rock and roll in what she does.
“I brought the rock star with me,” said McKinney, who began her career as a real estate agent in 1986 in the Boston area.
Whether it’s sponsoring music-filled happy hours and concerts, or offering “rock-star service” to her clients buying and selling in Northern Virginia, this Keller Williams real estate agent says her lively personality is part of the deal and a draw to her business in a line of work that can be “pretty dry.”
“My work is my work,” McKinney said. “But outside of that is a whole element of fun.”
