While CVS is a big chain pharmacy, they still have the comforts of a family-style operation. Michelle Woo, the pharmacist for the CVS at 134 West Broad Street, has helped familiar customers that live in the Falls Church area for some time.

“I think even though we are a chain-run store, we try to maintain an old-style pharmacy,” Woo said. “We know our customers. When they come in, we know what’s going on and that helps.”

Woo said that the ability to fill prescriptions quickly and still share a relaxed setting with customers, it makes CVS the best pharmacy in Falls Church. Woo added that by giving the customers their respect, her staff members are able to meet the customer’s pharmacy needs even better, because they care about them.
