The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles has confirmed in writing that young people granted “deferred action” status by Immigration Customs Enforcement at the Department of Homeland Security will be eligible for Virginia driver’s licenses and ID’s, according to the state’s American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
