Benton Honored as ‘OUTstanding Virginian’

FORMER VIRGINIA Governor and current Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Tim Kaine was among the guests of Falls Church News-Press founder, owner and editor Nicholas Benton (center, holding award) as he received an “OUTstanding Virginian” honor from Equality Virginia at its annual banquet last Saturday night in Richmond.

Jim and Nancy Scott, Falls Church Commissioner of the Revenue Tom Clinton and family, News-Press managing editor Jody and Megan Fellows, Simon van Steyn, Darien Bates, Jonathan Harper and Gordon Phelps, Eileen Levy, Bryan Collins and Gaullaume Bagal and Carol and Chris White.
