Critter Corner: Rosie

critterRosie, a 6-year-old Greyhound rescue, keeps the Koenig family in stitches all day long.

She is 10 minutes of energy and 10 hours of laziness. She sleeps in one of three ways: With all her toys, with her tongue hanging out or as a contortionist (see above). Her family has no idea how she can sleep with her head held upright – and when she is in a fitful sleep, her tongue always hangs out. It makes for a hilarious display. The Koenigs say she is a living caricature and they love her to death. Compared to her life on the track, she lives a carefree and well-rested life on Shreve Road.
