In less than two weeks, election day will be upon us, and while in the City of Falls Church, contention exists involving only one ballot item – the referendum on whether the City’s municipal elections should be held in May or November – everything around the City is in a flurry and, in some cases, downright fanatical frenzy of electoral activity.
