Fairfax Co. Workshop Series to Focus on Chronic Illness

Fairfax County’s You Can! Live Well, Virginia! is a free six week workshop series that helps people with chronic illness take control of their medical care and improve their ability to handle frustration and fatigue.

A workshop series for people with chronic conditions and/or their caregivers begins Thursday, Oct.6, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., at the Shepherd’s Center Oakton-Vienna, 541 Marshall Road, Vienna.

A workshop series for adults with disabilities begins Saturday, Oct. 29, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Pennino Building, 12011 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax.
