Greater F.C. Vets Council to Host 9/11 Memorial Service

The Greater Falls Church Veterans Council will hold a memorial service recognizing the 10th year anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

Ceremonies will start at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 11, at the National Memorial Park Cemetery, 7482 Lee Highway in Falls Church.

Members from The American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Catholic War Veterans will be attending. Clerics from several faiths are expected for prayers.

Area citizens are welcome to share this remembrance with local veterans.
