After 23 years in real estate, Fairfax Realty Agent Kathy Szymanski has helped many people in Falls Church find their dream home, or give their home to its next owner. In fact, she has had many repeat customers, as they have needed to trade up for bigger homes, like moving from a condo to a townhouse.

When it comes to buying and selling in Falls Church, Szymanski said she is uniquely qualified in that she has lived in the area for more than 30 years and raised her children here.
But Szymanski brings more than a license and some regional knowledge to the real estate business, using her people skills and patience to guide her customers through one of the most challenging, stressful and altogether life-changing processes of their lives.

“It’s more than simply helping people find the house,” Szymanski said, adding that it is important for a real estate agent to understand the market and be able to answer the questions concerned buyers and sellers might have.
