Caregivers employed by Comfort Keepers-Fairfax competed in an Iron Chef style event on June 11, at Open Kitchen in Falls Church to learn about preparing nutritious meals for the senior citizens whom they serve.
The three-course meals prepared by the teams were judged by: Ms. Virginia Senior America 2011 First Runner Up Kathy Fanelli; Attorney Judith A. Mitnick of Needham, Mitnick and Pollack; and Dietician Diane LaHaie, RD, CSG, LDN.
