Mason Students Take Medals at Language Tournament

Eleven George Mason High School Chinese language students participated in the regional Modern Foreign Language Tournament Saturday, April 2 and came away with many medals.

Eleven George Mason High School Chinese language students participated in the regional Modern Foreign Language Tournament Saturday, April 2 and came away with many medals.

In Oral Interpretation, Katherine Mauldin took second place. In Dramatic Interpretation Group, Juliet Pasupulati and Jacey Klein took first place and Michael Lin, Quinn Sheehy, Harrison Curtis, Ga-hee Kim and Alexandra Maller took second place. In Original Skit, Krystal Le, May Williamson and Shobha Negi took second place.

The students were led to victory by their teacher and coach, Tina Kao.
