Federal Court Announces Plans to Remain Open Despite Shutdown

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia issued an announcement this morning that in the event of a federal government shutdown later today, for the next two weeks its operations “will continue to function at full staff from Monday, April 11, 2011 through Friday, April 22, 2011.”
