According to court documents and court proceedings, ICE agents investigating a known child-pornography website identified IP addresses used to access specific image files on the site, including one that was assigned to Coleman at his residence in Falls Church.
Coleman, a fourth grade dual language teacher at John Adams Elementary School, allegedly agreed to speak with law enforcement when they executed a search warrant at his residence on April 6. Court documents state that in this interview, Coleman allegedly stated that he had been viewing and downloading pornography for a long time and preferred to view images and videos of young girls between 5 to 12 years old. During the search, Coleman allegedly provided agents with an external hard drive containing numerous videos and images containing child pornography, along with photos of children fully clothed who appear to be in the age range of elementary school.
According to court documents, law enforcement also allegedly found several small pairs of young girls’ underwear behind his bed. When he was arrested on the evening of April 6, agents allegedly found a pair of underwear in his pocket.
