New Home Builder Opens in Falls Church

Batu Homes, Inc., a full service developer and home builder, has opened its new residential remodeling office at 105 N. Virginia Avenue in Falls Church under the name Batu Homes + Remodeling.

Batu Homes was founded in 1998 by Serhan Kokuuslu who is an architect and previously had co-started an architectural practice in Fairfax called RK Architects, P.C. Batu operates in Northern Virginia and Maryland and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association. Kokuuslu, who holds a B.S. in Architecture from Gazi University in Ankara, Turkey, is a member of the American Institute of Architects and has been a resident of Northern Virginia since 1986.
