Falls Church Architect, Robert E. Beach, will provide an overview of the Turning Point Plaza project at a meeting of the Village Preservation and Improvement Society scheduled for 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 14.
Beach designed the Suffragist Memorial which is dedicated to those who endured harsh imprisonment to secure voting rights for American women.
