Longfellow Wins 1st at ‘Do The Cube’ Dual

Longfellow Middle School in Falls Church captured first place in the You Can Do the Cube competition at the U.S. Science and Engineering Festival. Teams competed to see which group could unscramble 25 Rubik’s Cubes the fastest.

Longfellow Middle School in Falls Church captured first place in the You Can Do the Cube competition at the U.S. Science and Engineering Festival. Teams competed to see which group could unscramble 25 Rubik’s Cubes the fastest.

Longfellow won a cash award to spend on math and science equipment at its school. Furthermore, it received its award from Erno Rubik, inventor of the cube.
