Six candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives participated in a panel discussion at George C. Marshall High School Tuesday. All government students, including 10th-grade honors students and seniors, attended the discussion, which focused on federal, state and local government.
Candidates were asked questions from the students about running their campaigns, what it is like to be a candidate and their professional experience prior to declaring their candidacy. The discussion was not intended to focus on the issues or to be a debate among the candidates.
