Marshall High School students Donald Blanchard, Quentin Shafer, Benjamin Bowie and Roman Dadiomoff help carry the American flag down Constitution Avenue at the head of the Boy Scouts of America 100th Anniversary Jamboree parade on Sunday, July 25.
