Falls Church native Adam Edwards wed Kerri Beasely at the War Memorial Chapel on the Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg.

Edwards graduated from George Mason High School in Falls Church in 1998, and went on to graduate from Virginia Tech. He is the son of Falls Church resident Diane Edwards. After racing in NASCAR for several years, Edwards co-authored a racing novel with New York Times best-seller Sharyn McCrumb.

Beasely is the daughter of former Redskin Tom Beasely. Beasely also graduated from Virginia Tech where she was a member of the women’s volleyball team.

Edwards and Beasely now reside in Christiansburg, Va.
