Willow restaurant’s Tracy O’Grady, Kate Jensen and Brian Wolken will be providing cooking demos at the Falls Church Farmer’s Market on Saturday, July 31 from 9 – 11 a.m. The team will prepare French Lentil, Eggplant & Merguez Sausage Salad with Feta & Yellow Tomato Vinaigrette.
Demonstrations, which include recipes, tasting and conversations with the chefs will take place. The Falls Church Farmer’s Market is held Saturdays year-round at 300 Park Avenue in Falls Church.
