City of Falls Church, Va. Crime Report for July 6 – 12, 2010

Aggravated Assault, 6795-20 Wilson Blvd (Pho Bien), July 6, 00:22 AM, an Asian male was stabbed by an unknown suspect in a hallway outside the restaurant and sustained a non-life threatening injury to the chest and hand. A person who came to his aid was also attacked by the unknown suspect but was not injured.

Destruction of Property- Tampering with Auto, 1200 blk Ellison St, between 11:00 PM July 4 and 08:00 AM, July 5, a rock was used to damage the ignition of an unlocked car parked on the street in front of a residence. No property was taken by the unknown suspect.

Motor Vehicle Theft/Stolen Auto, 200 blk N Underwood St, between July 4 and July 6 a locked pick-up truck was stolen from in front of a residence. The vehicle was later recovered unattended and in damaged condition by the Washington Metropolitan Police Department. No known suspects.

Larceny – All Other Larceny, 1000 blk Kennedy St, between June 30 and July 1, an 18 speed Power Climber bicycle, orange in color, was stolen by an unknown suspect.

Liquor Law Violations, 6795 Wilson Blvd-21 a female, 42, of Arlington was cited for Keeping Unlawful Alcohol on Premises With Just a Beer and Wine License.

Destruction of Property, 300 blk N Underwood St, between July 2 and July 8, the front door locks on a van were heavily damaged but access was not gained. Suspect unknown.

Drunk in Public, 700 blk W Broad St, July 10, 01:57 AM, a male, 19, of McLean was arrested for being Drunk in Public.

Drunk in Public, 6700 blk Wilson Blvd, July 11, 00:28 AM, a female, 26, of Silver Spring was arrested for being Drunk in Public.

Driving under the Influence and Trespass, 6757 Wilson Blvd, July 11, 01:46 AM, a male, 23, of Falls Church was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Trespassing.
