F.C. Relay for Life Closing Ceremony Tuesday

The 2010 Falls Church Relay for Life will be holding its closing ceremony this Tuesday, June 1 at Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School in Falls Church.

The original ceremony was postponed after heavy rains and thunderstorms forced organizers to end the Relay for Life event early last weekend. At the ceremony, the teams and individuals who raised the most money for this year’s event will be recognized and the overall success of the event, which raised more than $100,000, will be celebrated.

The ceremony will be held in the Cafetorium at Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School (7134 Leesburg Pike Falls Church) at 7 p.m on Tuesday.
