REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF FUNDS On or about June 11, 2010 the Department of Housing and Community Development (RE) will “Authorize the Virginia Housing Development Authority to” submit a request to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the release of TCAP funds the under the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, to undertake a project known as City Center South Senior Apartments, for the purpose of developing 66 newly constructed units at 350 S.
