Mustangs Once Again Take the State Group A Scholastic Bowl Crown

The George Mason High Scholastic Bowl team outwitted Honaker High 235-135 in the final round of the Group A Virginia state championship tournament held this weekend at the College of William & Mary.

This is Mason’s fourth state title, along with three finishes as runner-up. The Mustangs have won or come in second for seven of the past nine years.
