Falls Church City Manager Wyatt Shields will be the guest on tonight’s live telecast of “Falls Church News-Press LIVE” broadcast on the Falls Church Cable TV channel at 7 p.m. The half-hour interview show precedes tonight’s Falls Church City Council meeting. Shields will discuss the upcoming FY11 budget cycle.
