Larceny from Vehicle, 400 blk. Sherrow Ave., May 12, between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., unknown person(s) stole (2) passenger doors off a 1998 green Honda Civic.

Burglary, Residential, 300 blk. W Columbia St., May 13, 12:38 a.m., unknown person(s) attempted to gain entry into an occupied residence by removing (2) window screens. No access gained.

Larceny, Thomas Jefferson Elementary, 601 S Oak St., May 12, between 8:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., unknown person(s) stole an unsecured youth bike from a bike rack.

Destruction of Property, 6700 blk. Wilson Blvd., May 13, 6:42 p.m., unknown person(s) broke a large exterior sign, which fell on a vehicle causing minor damages. Incident to the case, unknown person(s) moved and damaged an 800-pound lion from its stone and broke a small tree in front of the lion statue.

Solicitation, 6700 blk. Wilson Blvd., May 14, 12:25 p.m., police arrested a male, 78, of Forestville, MD for Panhandling.

Larceny, 400 blk. S Maple Ave., May 14, 6:57 p.m., unknown person(s) stole bicycle tools from the rear of a bicycle bag. The suspect(s) are described as a W/M, blond hair, wearing a white tank top, blue jeans and a large silver necklace; and a H/M, dark hair and dark clothing. Both appeared to juveniles.

Larceny, 400 blk. S Maple Ave., March 15 (Incident reported on May 15, 2009), unknown person(s) stole a red/white Marin bicycle from a residence.

Disorderly Conduct, 6700 blk. Wilson Blvd., May 16, 1:26 a.m., police arrested a male, 22, of Falls Church, VA for Disorderly Conduct.

Robbery, Stratford Motor Lodge, 300 W Broad St., May 16, 2:18 a.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment pointing an object, which, appeared to be a handgun at the employee (victim), demanding the victim to open the cash drawer. The victim complied with the suspect(s) request. The suspect(s) ordered the victim to lock himself/herself in the bathroom, the victim complied. The suspect(s) grabbed the money from the drawer and exited the establishment. No one was injured.

Larceny, Shoplifting, Virginia ABC, 167 Hillwood Ave., May 16, 12:45 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole a bottle of Patron Tequila.

Larceny, Shoplifting, CVS, 1150 W Broad St., May 16, 5:45 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the established and stole $500.00 worth of merchandise.

Drunkenness, 6700 blk. Wilson Blvd., May 16, 6:53 p.m., police arrested a male, 30, of Falls Church, VA for DIP.

Larceny, Shoplifting, Rite Aid, 1003 W Broad St., May 16, 6:43 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole a box of Claritin valued at $23.99.

Urinating in Public, 6763 Wilson Blvd., May 17, 1:36 a.m., police arrested a male, 24, of Takoma Park, MD for Urinating in Public.

Driving under the Influence, 700 E Broad St., May 17, 2:16 a.m., police arrested a male, 27, of Washington, DC for DUI.

Larceny, Shoplifting, CVS, 1150 W Broad St., May 17, 1:30 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole $134.97 worth of merchandise.

Driving under the Influence, 6600 blk. Wilson Blvd., May 17, 11:36 p.m., police arrested a male, 44, of Arlington, VA for DUI and Refusal.

Driving under the Influence, 6700 blk. Wilson Blvd., May 18, 2:10 a.m., police arrested a male, 37, of Washington, DC for DUI, Refusal, and No Operator’s License.
