Driving under the Influence, 7100 Leesburg Pike, December 16, 2:04 a.m., police arrested a male, 29, of NO FIXED ADDRESS, for DUI.

Drunkenness, 600 blk. E Broad St., December 16, 3:36 a.m., police arrested a male, 25, of Falls Church, VA for DIP.

Simple Assault, 400 blk. S Maple Ave., December 16, 11:46 a.m., police arrested a male, 45, of Leesburg, VA for Assault & Battery and DIP.

Larceny from Vehicle, 100 blk. N Washington St., December 15, between 6:45 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., unknown person(s) had smashed the passenger side front window of a vehicle and stole a bottle of wine from the front seat.

Motor Vehicle Theft, Unity Club, 116-B W Broad St., December 17, 7:30 p.m., unknown person(s) stole a Vespa LX50 scooter from the parking lot of the establishment. The scooter is described as a metallic light blue with dents on the front fender and scratches on the right side.

Larceny, CVS, 1150 W Broad St., December 19, between 5:00 a.m. and 6:23 a.m., unknown person(s) stole (200) storage containers from the rear of the establishment.

Larceny from Building, Knowlogy Office 5th Floor, 105 W Broad St., December 19, 9:25 p.m., unknown person(s) stole (2) credit cards from the victim’s purse. Incident to the case, the cards were used multiple times in various locations prior to being canceled.

Drunkenness, 200 blk. N Washington St., December 20, 12:32 a.m., police arrested a male, 28, of Silver Spring, MD for DIP.

Drunkenness, 6600 blk. Wilson Blvd., December 20, 2:12 a.m., police arrested a male, 23, of Falls Church, VA for DIP.

Driving under the Influence, 600 blk. Roosevelt Blvd., December 21, 1:36 a.m., police arrested a male, 39, of Silver Spring, MD for DUI and Refusal.

Destruction of Property, Eden Nail Supply, 6617 Wilson Blvd., December 21, 9:51 a.m., unknown person(s) broke the front window of the establishment.
