Comedienne Kathy Griffin, Warner Theatre Friday, Kennedy Center next Wednesday.

One of the hottest items of hipsters in the know on cable TV, the hilarious Emmy Award-nominated Kathy Griffin has three (count `em) dates in Washington, D.C., in the next week. She’s doing two shows at the Warner Theatre and one at the Kennedy Center next Wednesday. Don’t count on lazily meandering onto your favorite Internet ticket sales site to order up a few ducats, however. She’s sold out, at least for the 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. shows at the Warner. Maybe E-Bay or other scalping venues will work for you. She’s a hoot, a recurring character on “Seinfeld,” on “Suddenly Susan,” and her second season of “Life on the D List” on the Bravo network scored her an Emmy nomination for “outstanding reality program.” Oh yeah, she’s also got an upcoming date at Carnegie Hall.
