Noah Seidenberg, 2000 Grad of F.C.’s George Mason HS, Dies at Age 23

Falls Church City native Noah J. Seidenberg died Friday, July 28. The cause of death is pending.

Noah Seidenberg graduated from George Mason High School in 2000 and attended the University of Arizona for one year, making dean’s list. He transferred to George Mason University in 2001 and was a dean’s list student in the Art and Visual Technology Department in the College of Visual and Performing Arts. He majored in graphic arts and minored in philosophy. Recently, Noah was taking some time off from school and was a senior at the time of his death.

Noah was anything but one-dimensional. His love of art and his curiosity of philosophy dominated his college life. Noah’s love of nature and the outdoors complemented his easy-going personality. Noah loved to ski, fish and hike with friends at any opportunity.

Noah also loved cars and spent some time working at the Saab dealership in Falls Church.

Traveling was one of Noah’s favorite pastimes, having visited California, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, the entire east coast, New England, Hawaii, and Europe. His favorite trips were to Prague with friends and Maui with family.

Everyone Noah touched easily remembers his kind and generous spirit. Noah loved spending time with his family and friends and will be sorely missed by many in Falls Church and beyond.

Services were held Wednesday, August 2 at Temple Rodef Shalom in Falls Church.

A gift fund has been established in Noah’s name at the George Mason University’s Department of Art and Visual Technology in the College of Visual and Performing Arts.
