Second Annual Dog-Walk Fest Set for Sept. 28

The second annual Ravenwood Dog Park Dog-Walk Fest, a family and dog-friendly and completely accessible community dog walk event, is set for Sept. 28 from 2 – 3 p.m.

The event, which is sponsored by Gentle Touch Dog Grooming and supported by Ravenwood Park Citizens Association, is also a fundraiser that will benefit the Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation. The starting point of the walk is 6203 Colmac Dr., Falls Church.

Prizes will be awarded to the smallest and biggest dog and any costumed dog. Prizes will also be awarded for a doggy talent competition. Water and treats will be provided for dogs and people alike and the entry fee is $5.
