Stuart to Stage ‘Songs for a New World’ Concert

The J.E.B. Stuart High School choral department will present a free concert of songs from the musical “Songs for a New World” next month.

Each song from the musical, by Tony Award-winning composer Jason Robert Brown,  meets a character at a pivotal moment when stakes are high and potentially life-changing.  The in-concert version will feature no sets, props, or costumes, and will be presented for one night only on Friday, June 13, at 7:30 p.m. at the school.

J.E.B. Stuart High School is located at 3301 Peace Valley Lane, Falls Church. The concert is free; donations for the choral department will be accepted at the door.
