Choralis to Bring Summer Sing-Alongs to F.C.

Choralis is bringing its Summer Sings series to Falls Church. The group will sponsor sing-alongs of masterworks with soloists and accompaniment on four Tuesdays this summer.

The series kicks off with Handel’s “Messiah” on Tuesday, July 9, at 7:30 p.m. at Falls Church Presbyterian Church, 225 E. Broad St., Falls Church.

Admission is $15. Participants are invited to bring their own score or rent one for $10.

Soloists Marlissa Hudson, Elizabeth Bishop Gemoets, David Miranda, and Robert Holloway will be featured.

The remaining sing-alongs in the series are Brahms’ “Ein deutsches Requiem” on July 16, Mozart’s “Requiem” on July 30, and Vivaldi’s “Gloria” and Rutter’s “Mass of the Children” on Aug. 6.
