The City of Falls Church Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 17 at 7:45 PM in the Council Chamber, 300 Park Avenue, for consideration of the following application: 350 and 360 South Washington Street/The Wilden and the McKeever Buildings The proposal is for a joint site plan to include residential development within a mixed-use project located at 350 South Washington Street and commercial development and parking structure at 360 South Washington Street, with a concurrent subdivision to adjust lot lines between the properties. The 350 South Washington Street parcel would become .64 acres of land; the 360 South Washington Street parcel would become .62 acres of land. The Planning Commission will hold a worksession on the project on May 10 at 7:45 PM in the Training Center of City Hall, 300 Park Avenue, and will formally consider this application at its meeting on Monday, May 17, 2010, in the Council Chamber of City Hall, 300 Park Avenue, Falls Church, Virginia.
