Falls Church City Council Meeting Postponed, Federal Government Closed Monday Print E-mail

The City of Falls Church officially announced tonight that tomorrow's regularly-scheduled City Council meeting has been postponed, with no new date yet set. It was reiterated that schools, the City government, community center and library will also be closed to permit crews to clear the enormous amounts of snow that were moved onto school and government parking lots to clear emergency snow routes and residential streets this weekend.

It was also announced tonight that the U.S. federal government will be closed tomorrow.
