How to Cook a Passover Seder Dinner with an Italian Twist. Sunday, April 10, 1 to 5 p.m. Location: Arlington TBA.

Easter came too early this year, but Passover is not until April 24, so there's plenty of time to master what you can learn at this unique opportunity this Sunday. The "Things To Do DC" website is offering this. You will be invited into the kitchen of one of the Washington, D.C., area's great chefs for a hands-on cooking class, learning the basics from A to Z of making a special Seder meal with a unique Italian twist. (A little pesto on the hard boiled egg, maybe?) Everybody gets to enjoy a generous portion of the day's creations, to boot. Registration is $55 when completed by April 8 at 5 p.m. at www.thingstododc.com. Click on the Washington, D.C., events bar.
