OWL! IN FALLS CHURCH!? Yes, your eyes aren’t deceiving you, this is an owl on Columbia St. in the Franks’ yard. The cause of such a visitor maybe the pond that lies in their yard. Although the little fish are shaking, they’ll be safe. The Franks have installed a net above the fish due to frequent blue heron visits.
