"Ted 12" World Premier of a Falls Church-Made Movie

By Nicholas F. Benton

A highlight of this month's First Friday celebration in downtown Falls Church Friday, Nov. 5, is this "world premiere" of an indie film produced and directed by Nic Beery, written by Ted Kopulos, with Christine Kittilstad as co-producers and Shane Artim as associate producer. Kopulos wrote it based on factual events from his own childhood, and originally crafted it for consideration as an episode of the old hit TV series, "The Wonder Years." Stars are Falls Church's Max Kaplow, Wes Johnson, Shari Elliker, Miles Butler, Virginia Crawley, Steffan Gural, Shane Artim, Caitlin Ray and Jim Nieb.
