Two Found Guilty of September Shooting at Eden CenterThe charges stem from a shooting that occurred in Falls Church City in the Eden Center on September 7, 2004 during the busy afternoon shopping hours. Falls Church Police responded to the Shopping Center for a report of shots fired, located numerous shell casings near the Saigon Supermarket, and learned an innocent bystander had been struck by a bullet and sustained a grazing wound. The victim was transported to INOVA Fairfax Hospital for treatment and released the same day. Witnesses told police two individuals had confronted another individual and started shooting, at which time that individual shot back. The three individuals fled from the scene prior to police arrival. |
