Falls Church City Crime Report for Week Ending September 6
- Destruction of Property, 700 blk. Parker Ave., between Aug. 30, 10:00 p.m. and Aug. 31, 7:17 a.m., unknown person(s) broke out rear driver’s side window of a 2002 Lexus.
- Destruction of Property, 800 blk. Lincoln Ave., between Aug. 30, 11:00 p.m. and Aug. 31, 7:44 a.m., unknown person(s) broke out the driver’s side window of a 2003 Infinity.
- Larceny, Bangkok Blues Restaurant, 926 W. Broad St., Aug. 31, between 10:30 and 11:14, unknown person(s) stole a harmonica, two microphones and a music case from the restaurant while the musician was on a break.
- Destruction of Property, The, Clothing Recycling Co., 1003 W. Broad St., (Parking Lot), Sept.1, 12:05 a.m., a witness watched an unattended vehicle roll into the clothing recycling container that was in the parking lot. Two male subjects who were standing nearby got into the vehicle and drove off quickly. The vehicle caused a large dent to the front of the container.
- Destruction of Property, Noland Company, 6607 Wilson Blvd., between Sept. 1, 5:00 p.m. and Sept. 2, 10:15 a.m., unknown person(s) tried to pry open a soft drink vending machine. They were unable to gain entry.
- Larceny from a Building, The Hodges Company, 120 W. Jefferson St., between Aug. 30, 6:00 p.m. and Sept. 2, 12:35 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the ware house and removed numerous tools including a table saw, a skill saw, screw driver, a chisel and a counter sink.
- Larceny from a Motor Vehicle, Koons Ford/Dodge, 1051 E. Broad St., between Sept. 1, 7:00 a.m. and Sept. 2, 3:56 p.m., unknown person(s) removed the 2005 stickers from the license plate of a 2002 Ford Escape that was parked in the parking lot.
- Destruction of Property, 400 blk. Hampton Ct., between Sept. 2, 10:30 p.m. and Sept. 3, 7:14 a.m., unknown person(s) broke out the driver’s side window of a 2001 Saturn.
- Larceny from a Building, 500 Blk. N. Oak St., between Sept. 3, 8:00 a.m. and Sept. 4, 11:35 a.m., unknown person(s) entered a residence that is under construction and removed a tile wet saw, a tool kit, a drill bit kit and two quick grips.
- Destruction of Property, 100 blk. S. Spring St., between Sept. 3, 11:30 p.m. and Sept. 4, 12:47 a.m., unknown person(s) spray painted graffiti on the front side walk and city sidewalk in front of a residence.
- Destruction of Property, Rent-A-Wreck, 1101 W. Broad St., between Sept. 3, 6:00 p.m. and Sept. 4, 1:22, p.m., unknown person(s) broke the windows of two vans that were parked in the parking lot.
- Larceny from a Motor Vehicle, 200 blk. Katie Ct., between Sept. 4, 7:30 p.m. and Sept. 5, 2:08 p.m., unknown person(s) entered an unlocked 2002 Toyota Land Cruiser and removed $10.00 in change and an Altoids container.
Larceny, 600 blk. E. Columbia St., between Aug. 31, 11:00 a.m. and Sept. 6, 1:38 p.m., unknown person(s) removed a white hammock type chair from the front porch of a residence.
