At Washington Lee High School in Arlington, the smell of Bolivian cooking was in the air and the music was everywhere. Celebrating its 17th annual Bolivian Festival, groups from as far as Rhode Island and New Jersey made the trip to take part in the cultural celebration. The enormous crowds gathered under crystal clear skies were witness to the music of Sensacions and Marcos Tabera. Highlighting the festivities the parade featuring Bolivian costumes and traditional dances.(All News-Press photos)
