6,000 Bolivians
IN ARLINGTON LAST SUNDAY, 6,000 attended a festival and colorful parade of dancers in traditional Bolivian costume, sponsored by Arlington Recreation Department and the Pro-Bolivian Committee. The turnout was the largest ever for the event, held for the 17th consecutive year. Twenty Bolivian groups from as far away as Rhode Island participated. (News-Press photo) |
