ALTHOUGH THEY ARE Fairfax County “residents,” Toohey and Zed (from left to right) can often be seen walking in the city on Hillwood Drive, near their home on Cleave Drive. While they are most certainly big dogs (over 130 pounds combined!), and their muzzles might be marginally intimidating, the biggest risk you face is getting licked to death by Toohey. You might be asking if it’s true about Toohey’s name, and yes, it is. He’s named after the Australian beer Tooheys Old Black Ale. We need your pets! E-mail critter corner at crittercorner@fcnp.com.
