Gift of a Smile
THE CATHOLIC WAR Veterans' entry in the 18th annual City of Falls Church Memorial Day Parade on Monday offered forth many smiles. Despite the rain, the day's festivities went off flawlessly with record numbers of entries in the Falls Church Animal Hospital's costume contest and the News-Press' Wacky Hat contest.
