New Noodlery Restaurant to the Broadway

A noodlery restaurant has inked a contract to open as a second retailer on the ground floor of The Broadway. Zyng Asian Grill will occupy 3,100 square feet of space just opposite the Hollywood Video which recently opened at the site.

The grill boast a new taste of Asian cuisine, with locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.

"It is our goal to provide our tenants with retail space that suits their needs," said Jan A. Zachariasse, president and CEO of Waterford Development. "The Broadway offers significant visibility and traffic for this up-and-coming Asian restaurant that will add a unique flare to the Falls Church dining community."

The Broadway is completing work on its 80 luxury condominiums at 502 West Broad, and tenants are beginning now to move in.
