Crime Report: Week of March 1
Larceny, Shoplifting, 7-11, 201 S. Washington St., Feb. 24, 11:11 p.m., a male subject entered the store and concealed three cans of beer in his coat and left without paying for them.
Tampering with an Vehicle, 600 blk. Knollwood Dr., between Feb. 25, 6:00 p.m. and Feb. 26, 7:24 a.m., unknown person(s) entered 1994 Honda Accord and somehow moved it into the middle of the street by unknown means. The contents of the console were also tossed around inside the vehicle. Between $5.00 and $10.00 in quarters were removed from the vehicle.
Larceny from a Motor Vehicle, 600 blk. S. Spring St., between Feb. 25, 7:30 p.m. and Feb. 26, 4:06 p.m., unknown person(s) entered an unlocked Ford Explorer and removed a cell phone.
Larceny from Building, 500 blk. Roosevelt Blvd., Feb. 26, 9:00 p.m., a contractor who was working on a renovation in an apartment laid his wallet down on the counter and when he went to retrieve the wallet it was missing.
Larceny from Building, Olympus Gym, 6763-B Wilson Blvd., Feb. 26, 10:23 p.m., unknown person(s) entered an unlocked locker and stole a sweatshirt and a set of keys.
Credit Card Theft, Giant Food, 1230 W. Broad St., Feb. 26, 11:43 a.m., while shopping at the store the victim was approached by a female who took her attention away from her shopping cart by asking her a few questions about cat food. A second subject then went into the victims purse and stole two credit cards from her wallet.
